We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Fresh or perishable items that require refrigeration (such as sea moss gels or similar products)

Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
Fresh products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Incorrect storage or delays in refrigeration void the right to refund or replacement.
2. Eligible Returns
